"Within the first few minutes of meeting my instructor I was put at easy about what aspects we were going to cover during the day and felt able to ask questions openly, without feeling embarrassed. I was able to clarify a few driving questions which I had felt uncomfortable about asking my friends.

Whilst driving, the instructions were clear, given in plenty of time prior to having to apply it and allowed time to develop before moving on to the next technique. Having said that, I was pushed just beyond my comfort zone which was great, just what I wanted from the day."
