Ride Drive is constantly seeking to increase the size of its team of advanced driving and motorcycling consultants so as to provide the most comprehensive coverage of the United Kingdom possible. Therefore, the standard of applicant needs to be high.

Who Are We Looking For?

As Ride Drive serves both the corporate customer, and members of the general public, those on our team have to be adaptable and confident when dealing with all levels of existing skills and experience.

Be able to work unsupervised
Have a strong professional work ethic
Patient and understanding
Good communication skills
Personable and have a sense of fun
Committed to providing a top quality service

Other attributes we seek are,

A good working knowledge of the Roadcraft system
A recognised high grade level of certification in advanced driving
Existing full qualification as an ADI*
Registered as a fleet trainer*
Have at least 3–years experience in the driver training industry*

*Training for these qualifications may be sponsored by Ride Drive where other sought after attributes are present

If you are passionate about cars and⁄or motorcycles, have completed and passed top grade police advanced car or bike course, and you believe you can bring out the best in others, then call us now with details of your attributes. No previous training experience or ADI* qualification required.

We frequently receive enquiries and CV’s at the Ride Drive office from people seeking professional involvement with the our organisation. Unfortunately, a vast majority are inadequately qualified to be considered. This sometimes causes embarrassment for the individual when reasons as to their unsuitability are explained.

Therefore, if you do not wish to be made to feel foolish, before you apply to this organisation for work, please consider the following information.

Learner driving instructors (standard ADI’s) with no other training or experience.
Track instructors or competitors, past or present, with experience only of motorsport or other track based driving or riding.
Standard CBT motorcycle instructors
Anyone with no advanced training
